Lee Palmer Horseshoe court

At a CRA meeting on December 2, 1996, the CRA agreed to offer the old Pinehurst Apartment property at the intersection of Pine Street and Pomegranate Ave. as a site for a new horseshoe complex. The City Council and Horseshoe Club approved the plan.
