Residential Utility Deposits for Water & Sewer

Per Residential Unit

• Owner: $ 100 each service
• Tenant / Renter: $150 each service

Regular Commercial

• Three times the highest estimated monthly bill

Negative Credit History

In the event of negative credit history or history of repeated delinquencies in payment, a deposit equal to 2 the minimum required deposit or 3 times the highest monthly bill in the previous 12 months, whichever is greater, may be required by the Customer Service Supervisor.

Termination of Service

Upon termination of service and payment of the final bill, any remaining deposit shall be returned to the customer if said deposit balance is $1 or more
