Civilian Employee of the Year

2016 Civilian Employee of the Year

It is my honor to introduce to you Annette Robb, Sebring Police Department’s Civilian Employee of the Year for 2016.

Annette was recognized by her peers for her willingness to help others, her flexibility, and her reliability in completing job-related tasks and assignments. In short, Annette always makes herself available to help her peers when needed.

Annette Robb was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Annette moved to Florida in 1994. In 1997 Annette started at the Sebring Police Department as a Dispatcher and then transitioned to Records Clerk when Dispatch was consolidated with the Sheriff’s Office. In 2007 Annette was promoted to the position of Administrative Assistant over the Support Services Division. Annette recently celebrated her 20th Anniversary with the Sebring Police Department.

Annette resides with her husband, Jeffrey, who have been together for 16 years. She enjoys riding her bike around Lake Jackson and spending time with Jeffrey, her two daughters, and her three grandchildren.

As the Administrative Assistant of the Support Services Division, Annette is a key player in the efficient operation of the Sebring Police Department. We are appreciative that she is always willing to go out of her way to offer a helping hand in any situation. We are very fortunate to have her as a member of the City of Sebring Police Department. She certainly earned the distinction as our Civilian Employee of the Year 2016.

Congratulations Annette, and thank you for the service that you have provided the citizens of our fine community.
